Work With Me

Support for people navigating the emotional reality of caring, decline and difficult decisions.

People work with me in different ways, depending on what they are facing and how much support they need.I work with professionals, carers, and families who are doing their best and finding that coping alone is no longer sustainable. This is for people supporting others through ageing, illness, and change who feel worn down by responsibility, stuck in roles they never chose, and faced with decisions they never expected to make.

You are capable and thoughtful, and it is becoming harder to do this alone.

How I Can Support You?

People work with me in different ways, depending on what they are facing and how much support they need.

One-to-One Support

Family Facilitation Support

Group Coaching Programmes

Private coaching and consultancy

Private coaching and consultancy for people who are overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly unravelling while caring for ageing parents alongside work and family life.

This is space to talk honestly, think clearly, and make decisions without guilt or judgement.

This work is particularly helpful if you are supporting ageing parents alongside work and family life, carrying constant worry or guilt, or facing decisions about care, and what comes next. It is not therapy or advice-giving.

What I offer is structured, human support for thinking clearly and choosing what comes next with less guilt and confusion.

Format

  • One-to-one sessions, online or in person.
  • 60 minutes per session

Cost

  • £150 per session
  • Special offer of £450 for three sessions.

Structured conversations for families

For families who need to talk about care, roles, boundaries, future planning, or long-standing unspoken tension.

Often one person has quietly taken on too much.
Others do not agree, avoid the subject, or do not know how to talk without conflict.

I act as a neutral facilitator to help families slow things down, hear each other properly, and move forward with less conflict and regret.

This is not mediation and not therapy, but a structured, supported conversation.

Format

  • Online or in-person
  • Typically 3 sessions
  • Up to 3 family members (additional participants by discussion)

Cost

  • Online package: from £1,200
  • In-person package: from £1,400
(Travel beyond one hour charged separately)

Next step
A conversation to understand your situation and decide whether this support is appropriate.

Small group support for carers, professionals, and volunteers who are tired of being the capable one.

These groups offer a structured, thoughtful space to slow things down, reflect, and talk honestly with others who understand the reality of responsibility, care, and emotional demand. The focus is practical and human, helping people make sense of what they are managing, think more clearly, and continue caring without losing themselves in the process.

The work combines practical frameworks, shared understanding, and honest conversation in small, psychologically safe groups. Sessions can be delivered online or in person, either as a short series or standalone sessions, depending on the format.

Working with Elizabeth has been inspirational, motivational, educational and great fun.  I have been challenged and grown in so many new ways with her clear thinking and fresh eyes. Elizabeth reaches deep into her own knowledge and life experience to make the journey with you and ensure you achieve significant progress, overcoming the many barriers and hurdles holding you back and frustrating your progress, development and kindness. Our six sessions together have been so unforgettable, challenging and fascinating, I hope to do many more sessions with Elizabeth soon and heartily recommend her as a Coach to help you reconnect, reset and rework, through some of the troubling issues life is throwing us constantly. Thank you.
